Our Annual Exhibition


Our next exhibition is planned for Sunday 3rd March 2024.
 From 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Model railway layouts in different scales, Club 2nd hand stall, Children’s activities, Trade support.

Refreshments and Snacks will be available, including a licensed bar (Bar available 12-4pm).

  • White Hill Centre : Disabled only.
  • Station : £3.00 All day (5 minutes walk approx)
  • Elgiva Theatre : Free (7 minutes walk approx)
  • Star Yard (Town Centre) : Free (10 minutes walk approx)
  • Water Meadow : Free (15 minutes walk approx)

Waitrose parking is for shoppers only and has a strict 2 hour time limit. ANPR is used. Operated by Britannia Parking.
Sainsbury’s is also for shoppers only and has a strict 2 hour time limit with a £2 charge refundable with spending in the store.

  • Schloss Adler - N-Gauge - 5' x 3' - Award Winning Austrian Alpine Ski Layout With Much Animation - by Jonathan Wilkins of Host Club CMRC.

  • Stonethwaite & Bainrigg Railway - 0n 16.5 Gauge - Straight 19' x 1'9" - Fictional Narrow-Gauge Layout Set in 1930s Yorkshire - by Richard Mawer.

  • Jubilee Works - 0-14 Gauge - 9' x 2' - An industrial site with Narrow guage shared in places with Standard guage - by Duncan Croser of Host Club CMRC.

  • Porlock - 00-Gauge - 12' x 6' - Exmoor based Station in GWR Or BR Western Region Steam Period - by Kevin Grace.

  • Glenridding Lane - 00-Gauge - 7' x 3' - 1950s & 60s BR Southern based Rail, Road & Canal - by Joseph Kikta.

  • Lockdown Junction - 00-Gauge - 10' x 3' - A Tri-ang Trains & Minic Motorway Layout Built During Covid-19 Lockdown - by Peter Ingleton.

  • Nottingborough - 00-Gauge - 15' x 2' - A fictitious engine shed in the East Midlands circa 1963-65 – late steam and early diesels. - by Steven Povey.

  • Giffard Lane - 00-Gauge - 7' x 4' - A fictional location in the North West of England, just off the West Coast Mainline.(DCC layout) - by Daniel & Samuel Deathe

  • Tamcester - N-Gauge - 16' x 1' - A large town between London and Birmingham, on a loop off the West Coast Main Line. Set between 1989 and 1993. - by Ben Sharich.
